As an integrative supervisor, I use a facilitative approach - working alongside supervisees in a process-focused way. I work within the Seven-Eyed model of supervision - which is both relational and systemic. This model provides a collaborative framework for supervision - drawing on many theoretical & psychotherapeutic approaches.

Together, we will explore many elements of client work: what they're presenting; your way of working; both yours and our therapeutic relationships and the wider context.
