Sessions

I work in person/online from my therapy practice in Southernhay, Exeter.

Weekly sessions last one hour (individuals - £60 and couples - £70) (Wed - Fri), payable in advance via BACS. I offer limited concessionary rates. I operate a 48 hr cancellation policy.

I offer short-term or long-term work, depending on your needs. I also hold a current DBS for working with CYP and I am fully insured.

I can provide a warm, safe and welcoming space for you to talk. You are welcome to spend some time in the quiet and relaxing waiting room before and afterwards.
