Clinical Supervision

I am an integrative, trauma-informed supervisor - with a special interest in working with newly qualified therapists starting in private practice, neurodivergence and couples.

As an integrative clinical supervisor, I use a facilitative approach - working alongside you in a curious and supportive, process-focused way.  My aim is to create a safe working relationship, enabling you reflect and develop your confidence in your clinical skills as a therapist. I work within the Seven-Eyed and developmental models of supervision - which are both relational and systemic. These help provide a collaborative framework for supervision - drawing on many theoretical & psychotherapeutic approaches.

Together, we will explore many elements of client work: what they're presenting; your way of working; both yours and our therapeutic relationships and the wider context. I also offer supervision for both trainee and experienced supervisors and as an AuDHD therapist & supervisor, I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent therapists.

If you're looking for a warm, relational supervisor and ready to develop your practice, please get in touch.
